Our mission at FCA is to be an indispensable asset to the fraternal movement, to challenge members to imagine a better way of communicating and to provide an enriching membership experience.
We do this by focusing in three areas - education, recognition and networking.
Education and networking at FCA events like our Midyear or Annual Conference is what helped me to become the professional I am today. Since my first FCA event, I leaned on our members to educate, inspire and drive Tau Kappa Epsilon forward. Nearly five years later, I couldnít be more proud of what we have been able to achieve, in part, because of my organizationís experience with FCA.
This organization of dedicated and talented members has provided me extensive professional development. It has provided me an outlet to connect and get advice from peers I otherwise never would have crossed paths with.
Through FCA, there are many opportunities to grow and develop your skills through getting involved. We are currently seeking people to help us plan and execute our Annual Conference, held in Columbus, OH from May 7-10. This valuable learning experience can help you be an even better resource at your own organization. If you are interested, please contact Drew Logsdon (email@example.com).
Please donít hesitate to ask questions or meet new people. The FCA Board of Directors, conference volunteers and other event attendees are all just like you, professionals at fraternity and sorority headquarters. Though our letters may be different, many of the challenges we face are the same. This community is open and willing to collaborate, engage and advise each other.
