The 2018 Fraternity Communications Association annual conference will again offer members an opportunity for education, networking, recognition and fun! The three-day event will be held at the Lexington Hilton Downtown. 

 

Plan your trip now to join us on Wednesday, May 9! We’ll kick off the conference with a welcome from FCA President Todd Shelton and educational sessions open to all participants. Plus, don’t miss an opportunity to mingle with attendees and tour Phi Gamma Delta headquarters during our Welcome Reception.

 

New this year! Our planning committee took your feedback to heart and we’re offering more time to collaborate and brainstorm with fellow attendees! Bring your project ideas and questions to our afternoon roundtable discussions for a chance to hear how your peers have approached similar tasks.

 

Additional professional development opportunities abound on Friday, and the conference concludes with celebration of the work of our peers at the annual Awards Banquet. Please make your travel plans accordingly to arrive by noon Wednesday, May 9 and depart Saturday, May 12.

Registration

Registration is $325 for members and $425 for non-members until the early-bird deadline April 3. After that time, a late fee of $75 will be assessed until the close of registration on Monday, April 16.

All associate members receive complimentary registration for ONE company representative. The cost for additional attendees is $425. All associate members need to complete their registration form to ensure the proper name badges are provided. The registration deadline is Monday, April 2 for inclusion in the conference program book.

Hotel Accommodations

The Hilton Lexington/Downtown is providing rooms for our group at the rate of $149 plus tax per night. Rooms must be booked by 5 p.m. EST April 8, 2017. You can make reservations by calling 855-271-3617 and referencing the FCA 2018 Annual Conference or by using the link below.

Communication Critiques

SUBMISSIONS DEADLINE: APRIL 13, 2018
The Communication Critiques submission form is live! Visit the link below to submit any communication piece you would like critiqued by an industry professional. Critiques will take place between 9 am and 12 pm on Friday, May 11th. All submissions must be received by Saturday, March 31st. You will receive an email confirmation of your time and on-site location before you arrive at the conference.

Welcome Reception
WEDNESDAY, MAY 9, 2018
On Wednesday evening we will have our welcoming reception. The reception will take place at Phi Gamma Delta HQ and will feature hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar offering beer and wine, including locally brewed beer. All registered attendees will receive one free drink ticket upon their arrival.

THURSDAY, MAY 10, 2018
Thursday Night Live in downtown Lexington, just a short walk from the hotel. This event features entertainment and local food and beverage vendors.
