EDUCATION
Exposing our members to opportunities that help define and redefine their roles and individual attributes is a central element in our mission to exchange ideas, provide experiences and share information. It was once said that through education all things are possible. This service will not only create a more talented and engaged profession, but aids in the member organizations ability to further their own vision and mission.
NETWORKING
While each core value contributes in its own way to our mission, this value, more than any other, compliments our ability to imagine, bringing our vision closer to reality. We achieve this by sharing information with one another. It is through this opportunity that we discover the “resource” that lies within each of us. We become eager to share, encourage and believe that things can be possible.
RECOGNITION
Recognition builds loyalty and increases morale within our profession. We all know and appreciate the “thankless” nature of our positions. Recognition fosters healthy competition among members and member organizations and fosters the exchange of ideas that challenge us to do better. Recognition will help retain members and enhance the image and validity of our Association within the fraternal community. If nothing else, it demonstrates to a member that our Association cares about them and the contributions that make towards advancing the fraternal movement. Recognition and appreciation are powerful motivators that lead to an increase in performance, productivity, morale, retention and overall satisfaction. We stand the best chance of recognizing true talent within this field and thus have a duty to uphold.
